What You'll Be Doing
- Support cement plant operations by performing a variety of utility and labor tasks across departments.
- Operate and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas to support safe and efficient production.
- Assist with material handling, housekeeping, cleanup, and plant maintenance activities.
- Inspect work areas and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or operational deficiencies.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while contributing to team objectives.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely perform physical work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
- Ability to learn plant processes, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures.
- Dependable team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules while maintaining productivity.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$18.06 to $24.24 per hour.
