If you're interested we are looking for you to join our great sales team! CDI custom curb adapters looking to fill the position of Senior Regional Sales Representative (SRSR), preferably located in Houston, Texas.

Requirements
Your Role: Senior Regional Sales Representative
You’ll be the face of CDI in your region—building, strengthening, and energizing customer relationships, all while ensuring your plant’s revenue targets are not just met, but exceeded. This isn’t your average desk job: you'll be out in the field, on rooftops, and always on the move. It’s dynamic, rewarding, and fun.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive your assigned plant’s sales revenue (daily, weekly, monthly targets)
Cultivate long-term client relationships and open new doors with prospective customers
Travel frequently within your region to meet with customers
Build quotes, place orders, and make site visits with confidence
Respond quickly to customer needs
Contribute ideas, strategies, and wins with your peers
Track progress, collaborate with the National Sales Rep on high-value accounts, and keep the momentum going
Be present, and bring your energy, at sales and plant meetings
What You Bring to the Table
10+ years of HVAC industry experience
A track record of building trust-based, results-driven relationships
Strong communication skills—both written and spoken
A self-starter mindset with a passion for personal growth

Salary Description 150,000 - 225,000
