- Du steuerst und koordinierst den gesamten Onboarding-Prozess neuer Kund:innen, besonders bei komplexen Systemanbindungen.
- Die Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung interner Prozesse liegt in deiner Verantwortung.
- Du fungierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen, koordinierst interne Projekte und sorgst dafür, dass Kundenfeedback aktiv in die Produktentwicklung einfließt.
- Performance-Analysen, Reporting sowie die Identifikation von Optimierungs-, Up-&-Cross-Selling-Potenzialen gehören ebenso zu deinem vielseitigen Aufgabenbereich.
- Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die Koordination DSGVO-relevanter Prozesse sowie strategischer Sonderprojekte rund um CRM-, Ticketing- und Systemlandschaften.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Success-Bereich, idealerweise in einem agil wachsenden Umfeld, zeichnet deinen beruflichen Hintergrund aus.
- Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis für die Schnittstellen zwischen CRM- und Admin-Tools.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen dir eine sichere Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen, zählen zu deinen Stärken.
- Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise ermöglicht es dir, mehrere Projekte parallel effizient zu steuern.
Diese Position ist mit einem Gehaltsrahmen von € 55.356,- bis € 65.800,- brutto/Jahr (Basis Vollzeit) dotiert, wobei je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung eine individuelle Einschätzung vorgesehen ist.
