Continuous Improvement Manager | St. Johns, MI

Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the St. Johns region seeking Continuous Improvement Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidatesnot just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead Kaizen events and other lean manufacturing workshops.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Coach and mentor employees on lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through training and engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement improvement projects with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
