- Advocate for clinical integrity by partnering with hospital administration and medical staff to ensure every patient receives the right care, at the right time, for the appropriate duration.
- Mentor your team as a subject matter expert, providing the technical guidance and clinical insight needed to navigate complex insurance reviews, appeals, and documentation.
- Optimize daily operations and staffing workflows to ensure seamless unit coverage, balancing the workload so the team can focus on what matters most: successful patient outcomes.
- Resolve complex care barriers by stepping in as a hands-on resource for the most challenging cases, ensuring no patient's transition plan is left to chance.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Social Worker credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Case Manager preferred.
- Case Manager credentialed from the American Case Management Association (ACMA) preferred.
- Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, OR Associate's degree, OR Technical degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience required.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
Master's SW - LCSW preferred
