Join our team in Dothan, AL as an Electrical Project Manager, overseeing commercial and industrial projects, managing field operations, and driving successful project execution from start to finish.
Compensation: Wage Range Starting: $28/hour - $35/hour based on qualifications and experience
Job functions and duties Promote and enforce company safety policies while ensuring field teams remain compliant with project safety requirements. Manage projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Coordinate installations, repairs, materials, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project schedules, field operations, change orders, subcontractor proposals, procurement, and project closeout activities. Maintain compliance with company contracting processes and procedures while resolving project issues and fostering strong customer relationships. Obtain customer acceptance and final project sign-off. Travel as required, including occasional overnight stays, and maintain flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities Manage subcontractors and assigned project resources, including planning, assigning, and directing work. Address complaints, resolve problems, and assist with interviewing, hiring, and termination activities as needed. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Physical Requirements Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, climb ladders and comfortably lift up to 50lbs Ability to pass a full background screening, MVR, and drug screening
Additional Requirements 10 years Minimum of Electrical experience Experience in Commercial, Industrial, and Controls environments. OSHA 10 certification (the company will provide if needed)
