À propos
Functieomschrijving Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren en onderhouden van systemen die de productkwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en naleving van wettelijke eisen doorheen de volledige supply chain garanderen. Je maakt deel uit van het lokale managementteam, rapporteert direct aan de Plant Manager en stuurt een team van drie ervaren medewerkers aan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het:
- Bewaken van de productkwaliteit, HACCP en food defense , alsook het voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe audits , zoals ISO, BRC, IFS en klantaudits, alsook het opvolgen en optimaliseren van KPI’s.
- Je geeft direct leiding aan een ervaren team van 3 medewerkers , bestaande uit een QA Specialist, een Assistant Manager (expert in audits en processen) en een procesmatige QC/proefbakker op de werkvloer.
- Slaan van de brug tussen theoretische kwaliteitskaders en de dagelijkse praktijk door, in nauwe samenwerking met de Productie en Technical Manager, pragmatische oplossingen te implementeren die de kwaliteitsvisie op de werkvloer echt tot leven brengen.
- Creëren van een kwaliteitsgevoel en -cultuur binnen de volledige populatie, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat het QA-team ondersteuning biedt aan de hele fabriek.
- Beheren van de kwaliteit, klachten en audits bij frozen copackers in de Benelux , wat af en toe externe verplaatsingen vereist.
- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting (bio-ingenieur, biochemie, agro- of voedingstechnologie).
- Relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving , waarbij kennis van de voedingssector en de bijbehorende kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen en standaarden een grote troef is.
- Aantoonbare leidinggevende en coachende capaciteiten
- Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels.
- De kans om je stempel te drukken op een dynamische, internationale omgeving .
