Jij gaat volop mee in de groei van onze Applications divisie. Als enthousiaste Lead Developer bouw jij met jouw team aan de mooiste oplossingen voor onze klanten. Van realisatie tot aan in productie; jij zorgt met je team voor een optimale kwaliteit van onze diensten. Binnen Cegeka Applications realiseren wij klant specifieke oplossingen, waaronder maatwerk software en applicatie integraties. Dit moet helemaal worden uitgedacht en begeleid vanaf de presales fase tot aan de in productie name.
- Vertaal een architectuuroverzicht naar specifieke systeem-, applicatie- of procesontwerpen tijdens de implementatiefase van het project, om ervoor te zorgen dat de ontwerpen in lijn zijn met het blueprint dat door de Technisch Architect is opgesteld tijdens de ontwerpfase.
- Neem verantwoordelijkheid voor het globale technische ontwerp van een project in samenwerking met de Technisch Architect, om te voldoen aan de vereisten op basis van kostenberekening, prestaties en beheersbaarheid/onderhoudbaarheid.
- Neem verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de activiteiten van interne medewerkers om naleving van de planning te waarborgen en de kwaliteit van het werk te kunnen overzien.
- Stimuleer continu de ontwikkeling en verbetering van kwaliteit met betrekking tot de gebruikte processen en tools, zodat de organisatie de best mogelijke diensten krijgt aangeboden.
- Begeleid en ondersteun functioneel analisten, technical designers en application architecten om ervoor te zorgen dat jullie samen een goed functionerend team vormen en de efficiëntie van het ontwikkelproces verhogen.
- Actualiseer en verbeter voortdurend de expertise en technische vaardigheden om de professionele kennis te maximaliseren en deze optimaal in te zetten binnen de organisatie.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Je hebt minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in het realiseren van software oplossingen op basis van C# en/of Azure, integratieoplossingen, bij voorkeur Azure Integration Services is een sterke pré.
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een lead rol, waarin je Developers hebt begeleid en coacht.
- Ruime kennis op het gebied van Azure, bij voorkeur gecertificeerd.
- Kennis op het gebied van AI, bij voorkeur met GitHub Copilot en Azure AI Foundry.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig. Daarnaast ben je strategisch en conceptueel ingesteld. Zodoende kun je jouw plannen en ideeën goed vertalen naar klanten en collega’s.
