Jouw functie
Als Payroll Specialist neem je ownership over payroll en HR-administratie en werk je nauw samen met interne stakeholders en externe partners.
Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:
• Volledige A-tot-Z verwerking van de Belgische payroll (bedienden en arbeiders)
• Beheer van de volledige employee lifecycle:
Onboarding (contracten, registraties, systemen, benefits)
Mutaties tijdens tewerkstelling
Offboarding
• Administratie en optimalisatie van extralegale voordelen
• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de sociale secretariaten
• Beheer en coördinatie van het wagenpark
• Coördinatie van internationale payroll in samenwerking met lokale payrollpartners
• Beantwoorden van payroll- en HR-gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden
• Waken over naleving van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en fiscaliteit
• Opmaak en consolidatie van HR-rapporteringen:
Headcount & FTE-evolutie
Ziekte en absenteïsme
Andere workforce KPI’s
• Aanleveren van data en inzichten ter ondersteuning van het management
• Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen, automatisatie en efficiëntie
Profiel Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en voelt je thuis in een omgeving in volle groei waar processen mee vorm krijgen.
Je brengt mee:
• Aantoonbare ervaring met Belgische payroll van A tot Z (bedienden & arbeiders)
• Minstens een bachelordiploma
• Grondige kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving en personenbelasting
• Ervaring met of interesse in internationale payroll is een plus
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met rapportering en data
• Een technologische mindset en interesse in tools en procesoptimalisatie
• Een hands-on, pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
• Sterke servicegerichtheid naar medewerkers en leidinggevenden
• Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands, Engels én Frans
