We are collaborating with leading companies in Mattawan seeking Inventory Control Managers to lead and enhance their operations.

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Mattawan seeking Inventory Control Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory processes to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
- Manage and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, warehousing, and procurement to maintain optimal inventory flow.
- Implement and maintain inventory management software and systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including forecasting, demand planning, and optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and improve inventory control processes, leading to cost reductions and efficiency gains.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with an ERP implementation or upgrade.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
