En tant que chef(fe) de partie, vous aurez l'opportunité d'apporter votre expertise à notre restaurant 4 diamants, le Riverain. Vous pourrez vous épanouir aux côtés d'une équipe expérimentée et dévouée dans une cuisine munie d'équipements performants.
Description du poste :
- Préparer son poste de travail en prévision des différents services;
- Préparer, cuire et assaisonner les aliments selon les recettes;
- Veiller à ce que tous les plats de sa section respectent les standards;
- Assurer un suivi avec le chef exécutif ou chef de cuisine;
- Coordonner et diriger adéquatement l'équipe de travail;
- Suivre les normes en matière de propreté pour la cuisine.

As a line cook, you will have the opportunity to bring your expertise to our 4-diamond restaurant, The Riverain. You will thrive alongside an experienced and dedicated team in a kitchen equipped with high-performance tools.
Job Description:
- Prepare your workstation in anticipation of various services;
- Prepare, cook, and season food according to recipes;
- Ensure that all dishes in your section meet standards;
- Maintain communication with the executive chef or head chef;
- Coordinate and properly lead the work team;
- Follow cleanliness standards for the kitchen.
