Le Groupe Maurice a donc besoin de ton aide en tant que sous-chef pour venir compléter son département de l’alimentation .
Dans ce poste, ton rôle est important ; ton expertise sera reconnue parce qu’essentielle à la complémentarité de notre équipe.
De plus, tu auras l’occasion d’apprendre et de développer de nouvelle habileté si tu le souhaites.

Détails du poste:

Poste à temps plein de jour

Horaire de 8h30 à 18h, incluant une (1) fin de semaine sur deux (2).
Tes principales responsabilités :
-
Soutenir le chef dans la préparation des repas quotidiens.
-
Réaliser les recettes et effectuer les mises en place selon les procédures établies.
-
Veiller à la salubrité, au respect des règles et à la bonne organisation des espaces.
-
Effectuer la rotation des produits pour assurer la fraîcheur.
-
Appliquer les normes de sécurité en tout temps.
Ce que tu apportes :

DEP en cuisine ou formation équivalente.
-
Minimum deux ( 2) an s d’expérience en cuisine.
-
Esprit d’équipe fort, loyauté et volonté de soutenir ton chef et tes collègues.

Engagement envers la propreté.
