We are looking for bright, motivated, and highly trainable individuals to join our team as a Bilingual Mandarin Sales Coordinator. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the potential to grow into high-performing professionals.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients, delivering exceptional customer service in both
Mandarin and English .
Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling efficiently.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate patient records and update internal systems and spreadsheets.
Prepare and organize patient charts and documentation.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, required documents, and next steps.
Collaborate with providers and internal departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support daily clinic operations.
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required
Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Graduated within the last 10 years
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
Organized with strong attention to detail
Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred Profile
Early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or sales.
Individuals with strong academic achievements, leadership experience, internships, customer service experience, or extracurricular involvement.
Candidates with minimal or no traditional sales experience are encouraged to apply. We value intelligence, trainability, and potential over extensive sales backgrounds.
