What's the Job?
Lead and manage cybersecurity project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Control and manage project schedules, monitor costs, and drive technical performance of cybersecurity components and operations. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success and ensure clear communication across all levels. Ensure adherence to project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management standards. Manage project budgets, validate estimates, track variances, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of full lifecycle project management experience within a global enterprise environment. Certification such as PMP or equivalent, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Project. Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders and developing comprehensive project artifacts. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What's in it for me?
