ABOUT GLUEIQ GlueIQ is hiring an IT Office Services Associate to provide on‑site technical support and operate the day‑to‑day IT function. This is an entry‑level role reporting into the IT Manager, working under direct mentorship.
Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Coral Gables, FL, for an Account Supervisor. The Account Supervisor will oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality work that aligns with client objectives. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, leading marketing and creative strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets. The individual will also act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, providing proactive solutions and insights to drive success.
Key responsibilities
Provide on‑site technical support for laptops (macOS), IT peripherals, and the in‑office network for GlueIQ staff and visiting clients.
Accurately document incidents and resolutions.
Deliver technical support for client meetings, internal events, and conferences, including AV setup, Teams calls, and presentation equipment.
Execute new‑hire onboarding and offboarding: device provisioning in Intune, SaaS access from the approved license pool, revoking access on exit, and FedEx shipping coordination.
Handle routine Intune tasks: push approved app updates to machines via MDM, coordinate larger OS update communications with users.
Configure and support printers, SONOS and other multifunction devices; manage visitor badging and Axis door controller user setup.
Respond to planned and unplanned network, power, and infrastructure issues affecting the office.
Sort devices and manage warranty status; coordinate repairs under warranty and prepare end‑of‑life disposal for the rest.
Maintain and improve the internal IT knowledge base as procedures evolve.
Maintain a regular, predictable in‑office schedule consistent with GlueIQ’s model.
Required skills
Strong customer‑service orientation, with a can‑do attitude and follow‑through on commitments.
Proficient problem‑solving: able to troubleshoot an issue and know when to escalate.
Strong written and verbal communication, especially with non‑technical users.
Works well in a team environment requiring direct supervision.
Basic network troubleshooting knowledge: Wi‑Fi, basic connectivity; comfort working with the on‑site network closet.
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
