Sous la supervision de l’assistant-contrôleur, le commis aux comptes recevables s’assure de collecter les paiements des clients selon leurs termes, effectue les dépôts et valide les différentes déductions.
Liste des tâches :- Effectuer les dépôts dans le système comptable, selon les confirmations des feuillets de banque;
- Appliquer les paiements aux factures et déductions relatives aux clients;
- Connaître et valider les différents programmes des clients, selon leur fréquence;
- Valider les déductions, et effectuer des réclamations au besoin via les différents portails de clients;
- Effectuer un suivi serré au niveau de la collection afin de respecter les termes de paiements des clients;
- Autres tâches connexes.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires;
- Base en comptabilité;
- Minutie et précision dans l’entrée de données;
- Bonnes connaissances de l’interface WINDOWS, OFFICE, NAV.
- Avoir de l’entregent et de la diplomatie.
- Être capable de travailler sous pression.
- Capable de travailler en équipe;
- Capacité de travailler en formule de télétravail hybride
- Autonomie et polyvalence;
- Bilingue français et anglais (interactions régulières avec le corporatif à l’extérieur du Québec);
