About The Role This role sits at the center of our office and sales operations. You will support both daily office functions and key sales activities that directly impact project execution and client experience.
This is more than a traditional front desk role—you’ll play an important part in keeping the team organized, supporting project and sales efforts, and helping the office run smoothly.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and have visibility into multiple areas of the business.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for the office—manage phones, greet guests, and support meetings
Manage and organize client product samples to support the sales team
Maintain office organization, including supplies, common areas, and meeting setups
Assist with sales and project‑related tasks such as bid documents, expense reports, and coordination items
Coordinate company travel and scheduling logistics
Provide day‑to‑day support to team members, including light technology troubleshooting
Support fleet, asset, and equipment tracking and organization
Provide administrative support to senior leadership and assist with special projects as needed

Office runs smoothly and stays well‑organized
Sales team is supported with accurate, timely information and materials
Tasks are completed on time with strong attention to detail
Team members feel supported and operations stay on track
What You Bring
Prior experience in an office, administrative, or coordination role
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and follow‑through
Ability to take initiative and step in where needed
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Reliable transportation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR
Nice to Have
Experience in construction or a related industry
Bilingual Spanish speaking
Position Details
Full‑time, onsite (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
FLSA Status: Non‑exempt (hourly)
Pay: $19–22/hour, depending on experience
