Come join our amazing team! Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients as assigned Observe, administer, and record medications, treatments, patient's vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s) Reinforce, support, and provide health care instructions to patients and their families Assist with resident admission, transfer, and discharge Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications and Skills:
Current and valid LPN license Excellent interpersonal skills Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations Physical strength and stamina First aid and CPR certifications Caldera Cares for you!

Compensation for roles at Willapa Harbor Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Willapa Harbor Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Willapa Harbor Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below: Pay Range: $36.00 - $39.00/HR DOE
