What This Role Actually Is You will be responsible for finding, developing, and closing your own business.
That means:
Prospecting local businesses (in person, phone, and outreach)
Running discovery meetings and presenting solutions
Following a proven sales system we train you on—step by step
Building a pipeline you control
This is a hunter role. If you need leads handed to you, you will struggle here.

We train you on a clear, repeatable system for:
Opening conversations
Running discovery meetings
Presenting in a structured, effective way
Building and closing business consistently
Training only works if you follow it. The people who succeed here don’t freelance—they execute.
What Success Looks Like First 6–12 months:
Running 5+ face-to-face client meetings per week
Building and closing multiple accounts using our system
Confidently presenting using our structured approach
Increasing income through performance
