Responsibilities
Work closely with the team to define and track performance metrics
Design and document best practices and procedures to optimize the effectiveness of the team and suggest improvements as needed
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Build an open communication environment and motivate the team through dedicated coaching
Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure brand consistency and increased sales
Qualifications
3+ years proven experience as a Manager or Team Lead
Successful career in small to medium customer market – a big plus
Successful track record of selling solutions in Modern IT environments
Full sales cycle experience meeting or exceeding goals
Hands‑on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
In‑depth understanding of sales admin process
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Highly organized, with strong analytical skills
Excellent problem‑solving skills
BS degree in sales or relevant field
