This is a great opportunity for a goal-oriented sales leader to transformour business from a logistics company into a technology-focused company tocapitalize on the growth potential of our business.Responsibilities:• Help develop a high-performance sales team• Hire, train, mentor, and coach staff• Provide Organization and Leadership to the Sales Channels• Meet and exceed goals for new business• Generate and manage leads for sales reps• Facilitate calls to help sales reps close deals and problem solve• Participate in sales meetings and conference calls to give updates on salestargets and sales forecasts• Work with sales management on forecasts and goalsBenefits:• $60,000 Base Salary, plus commissions• Medical Insurance with premiums paid at 100% for employees ANDdependents• Dental Insurance 100% paid for Employee• Vision Insurance• HSA with Employer Contributions• Life Insurance• Short Term Disability• Long Term Disability• 401(k) Plan• Profit Sharing: Typical annual contribution of 15% of total eligiblecompensation• Paid Holidays AND PTO• Cancer, Critical Illness, and Accident Policies availableEducation & Qualifications:• At least 1 year of freight sales experience preferred• Prior documented success selling logistics services in a sales environment• Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the interpersonalskills needed in a fast-paced, team-centered environment• A truly hands-on individual who enjoys being part of a team environment,working well within one and is solution-driven• Ability to work independently, knowing what needs to be done and able toeffectively make that happen• Ability to partner and communicate with management to refine systems andimplement best practices• General business and financial acumen• Must relocate to Tempe, Arizona• A strong desire to operate and grow a businessPriority1 is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Actionemployer.
