Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and assisting with outreach to healthcare providers, employers, and insurers. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, updating and maintaining CRM records, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and participating in client calls or demos alongside senior team members. The intern will help respond to inbound inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and support the execution of sales campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to understand client needs and effectively communicate Circle Health’s value proposition.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with prospects and clients across multiple channels.
Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including lead qualification, pipeline support, and basic CRM usage.
Ability to assist with Training-related activities, such as preparing materials and supporting product walk-throughs for prospective or new clients.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
Basic understanding of healthcare, health tech, or SaaS business models is a plus.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM or sales enablement tools) is beneficial.
