Day-to-day, you will:
Handle a high volume of customer queries each day, responding quickly and clearly.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations.
Host meetings with customers, both remotely and in person, to understand their needs.
Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth handover to the projects team after a deal is agreed.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Experience selling software in a digital environment.
Confidence working in a fast-paced setting and adapting as things change.
A good understanding of how businesses operate and what customers need.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly and persuasively.
