Re‑engage digital leads that have become unresponsive, using a personal, helpful, and no‑pressure approach
Quickly and consistently follow up with assigned leads through call, text, and email to re‑establish two‑way communication and rebuild buying momentum
Document all customer interactions, contact attempts, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner in DP360, the company CRM
Qualify re‑engaged customers and capture key information
Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified re‑engagements and contribute to overall department conversion goals
Follow a no‑pressure, high‑integrity approach with each customer that reflects the Campers Inn brand and protects the customer’s experience
Stay informed on current dealership inventory, market trends, and the RV industry to engage customers credibly
Be enthusiastic and maintain strong communication with customers, teammates, and management
Maintain accurate customer records and contact information in the CRM
Generate ideas to improve re‑engagement effectiveness and share best practices with the team
Qualifications Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience
Customer service, inside sales, call center, or retail sales experience preferred
Experience with a CRM or high‑volume customer follow‑up preferred
Abilities
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable initiating outbound contact and re‑engaging customers who have gone quiet
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow‑up activity without letting opportunities go cold
Ability to work flexible hours as required, which may include evenings and weekends
Reliable and strong work ethic
Commitment to superior customer service
Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
Self‑motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, company systems applications, including DP360 as the company's CRM, Motility Systems2K, and other software as applicable
Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports
Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time
