About the role
As a Payroll Advisor you will take ownership of delivering an accurate, efficient and confidential payroll service for our colleagues and line managers. You will play a key role in making sure payroll runs smoothly, compliantly and on time, while creating a great experience for colleagues across KP Snacks.
Working closely with the Payroll Manager, Human Resources and wider teams, you will help improve processes, resolve queries and contribute to continuous improvement projects. This is a brilliant opportunity to bring fresh ideas, develop your expertise and make a real impact in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What will you be doing?
Owning payroll delivery
Leading monthly payroll processing end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full reconciliationManaging statutory requirements
Handling complex calculations, submissions and compliance with confidence and attention to detailPartnering with the business
Working closely with Human Resources and teams across KP Snacks to resolve queries and improve ways of workingImproving processes
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting and strengthen complianceDriving continuous improvement
Supporting system development and projects that improve the payroll experience for our colleagues
