Take ownership of your results, targets and earning potential Youll be supported from day one. Youll start with a two-week, full-time induction (MondayFriday, 9am5pm), covering product knowledge, systems and sales skills. Ongoing coaching and peer support will continue once youre out in the field. "The training was very good, and the trainer was excellent in supporting us and delivering as much information as possible within the two-week period. I also absorbed a great deal once out in the field. I have now learned the products and services we offer, along with their pricing, which is vital. I can speak confidently with customers and position the offerings effectively, leading to successful sales."

This is a full-time, field-based role working 37.5 hours per week, typically between 12pm and 8pm. Teams are aligned to home postcode, so youll need to live within the designated catchment area. Previous experience in sales or a target-driven environment is beneficial. That said, mindset matters most.
