We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Outbound Sales Agent to join our team immediately. This role involves making outbound calls to prospects in the US market, generating interest, qualifying opportunities, and driving sales conversations. The ideal candidate has excellent spoken English, strong persuasion skills, and experience engaging with international customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales and prospecting calls to US-based leads.
Introduce company products/services and communicate value propositions effectively.
Qualify prospects and identify potential sales opportunities.
Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team where applicable.
Build rapport with prospects and handle objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Follow approved sales scripts while adapting conversations naturally to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead conversion and sales performance.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or clear accent.
Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer acquisition is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently engage with US-based customers and decision-makers.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
Comfortable working onsite during night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but exceptional candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
