What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive aggregate sales growth
Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies within your territory
Coordinate closely with operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and support
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and close sales opportunities
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently
Business acumen with the ability to analyze market conditions and customer needs
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Work Environment
Combination of field‑based customer visits and office work
Regular travel within assigned territory
Collaborative, fast‑paced environment supporting construction and infrastructure projects
