Job Responsibilities
Support sales and commercial activities related to customer quotations and market development within the aerospace and industrial gas turbine sectors.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within ERP systems, including manufacturing cycles, cost structures, and investment information.
Assist in preparing technical‑commercial presentations, proposals, and RFQ documentation for both internal stakeholders and customers.
Participate in technical risk assessments associated with quotation and bidding activities.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support cost estimation and technical validation processes.
Maintain regular communication with customers and group stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout bid preparation activities.
Support customer meetings, technical discussions, and clarification activities during proposal and bidding phases.
Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing technical, operational, and cost‑related inputs.
Ensure activities are completed within established deadlines and aligned with commercial planning requirements.
Support compliance with company procedures, ethical standards, and delegated authority guidelines.
Assist with additional sales, commercial, and engineering‑related duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Management Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles within structured industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills across multiple organizational levels.
Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in team‑oriented environments.
Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling using NX or related software.
Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing‑related business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of forging, machining, and finishing manufacturing processes.
Understanding of costing methodologies and investment analysis practices.
Experience supporting quotation management, RFQ activities, or technical sales processes.
Ability to participate in international training and collaborate with global teams.
