Regional Sales Executive As a Regional Sales Executive, you will proactively acquire, develop, and retain long‑term customer relationships in your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility is to nurture and expand the relationship with our customers, strategically managing a large portfolio of accounts, and maximizing their business opportunity across the Million Air Network. You will also collaborate with our General Managers to capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through market development and solution‑oriented selling.
Responsibilities / Duties
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals through pipeline management and proactive customer engagement.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with local General Managers to achieve and exceed sales growth.
Negotiate and execute fuel pricing and service fees for operators across our network.
Utilize a data‑driven approach to enhance existing sales forecasts and performance targets, using market intelligence and data analysis to guide entrepreneurial decision‑making.
Ensure every tailor touched, tracking and engaging with all transient customers, optimizing hangar occupancy, and reviewing tenant status to maximize revenue.
Responsible for meeting sales KPIs, achieving growth and revenue targets, and reporting results directly to management.
Cross‑sell Million Air Services – promote additional services, including maintenance, charter, overnight tenant hangarage, and other FBO offerings at other locations.
Utilize CRM & reporting tools to track sales activity, customer interactions, monitor fuel and hangar sales, and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Travel regularly to engage customers face‑to‑face and uncover new market opportunities (approximately every other week).
Attend industry events and trade shows.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Confident self‑starter who can work effectively and efficiently.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, self‑motivated, and highly customer‑focused.
Strong attention to detail and well organized.
Ability to build and maintain both internal and external relationships.

Reporting Relationships Reports directly to the Executive Vice President Business Development.
This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non‑moving aircraft.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers.
Position Type and Hours of Work This is an exempt position. This position may require working evenings and weekends, and on company scheduled holidays.
Travel Travel is expected for this position. Possible travel may include industry trade shows, sales opportunities, and assisting other locations.
Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in sales or marketing, aviation, or related field.
2‑5 years’ experience in sales/account prospecting environment. Experience in aviation is a plus.
Must demonstrate a willingness to continuously improve sales and the customer experience.
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
High energy level and positive attitude.
Proven track record of quota attainment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and web‑based tools.
