Key Responsibilities
Commercial Operations & Project Coordination
Support operational execution across major retail accounts. Manage multiple projects and timelines while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain trackers, documentation, and project status updates. Sampling & Collateral Management
Coordinate sampling and collateral programs across accounts and channels. Manage ordering, inventory tracking, allocations, and delivery schedules. Support retailer launches, promotional events, and marketing initiatives. Maintain reporting and tracking for all sampling activities. Product Launch Support
Coordinate operational needs for new product launches. Manage SKU setup, pricing submissions, and item maintenance. Track launch milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Partner cross-functionally to support successful launch execution. Purchase Order Management
Manage purchase orders for marketing materials, testers, sets, and tools of application. Track order status, deliveries, and related documentation. Support order form management and operational processes. Market Week & Retailer Support
Assist in preparation for Market Week meetings and retailer presentations. Coordinate retailer gifting, meeting materials, sampling carts, and event logistics. Support retailer meetings and follow-up activities as needed. Reporting & Business Support
Support sales reporting, analysis, and business recaps. Utilize reporting tools, including Power BI, to assist with ad hoc requests. Gather and organize data to support account management and business planning. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, operations, planning, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, project management, and administrative skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience working independently and collaboratively across functions. Experience in beauty, luxury, retail, or consumer goods industries preferred. Familiarity with Power BI or willingness to learn.
