As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in providing an efficient and effective administrative support function, you will be helping to ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they place a car order to the point they take delivery of their new car!
As a Sales Administrator your day to day will include:
Maintain100% accuracy in all vehicle administration, including invoicing, taxation, and manufacturer system updates. Process sales documentation efficiently, ensuring every stage of the sales process is fully completed. Monitor and support the sales progress, ensuring timely vehicle delivery and clear communication across the team. Maintain accurate records for audits and uphold the highest data and process standards. Assist Accounts and Manage accurate and timely sales reports. Allocate costs and bonuses correctly to ensure financial accuracy across all vehicle transactions.
What we’re looking for:
Previous administration and/or sales administration experience. Having previously worked in the motor industry in an administrative capacity is desirable but not essential. A customer centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to your work, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Energy and enthusiasm with strong verbal and written communication skills!
