What You’ll Do
Lead 2–3 in‑home consultations per day in the Orleans & Jefferson Parish areas
Help clients bring their vision to life with personalized product guidance and design solutions
Measure windows precisely and enter accurate orders
Travel to appointments using your own vehicle (gas covered by company card)
Work hand‑in‑hand with our installers to ensure a smooth, high‑quality finish
Keep client info organized and follow up on leads like a pro
Stay up to date on products, promotions, and trends
Join weekly team meetings and occasional professional development sessions
Be available for evening or weekend appointments if needed (flexibility is appreciated, but not a requirement)
Who We’re Looking For
1+ year of sales experience (especially in design, home improvement, or consultative selling)
Friendly, professional communicator who can build rapport easily
Confident with basic math and measuring tools
Comfortable climbing stairs and using a 6‑foot ladder
Organized, reliable, and customer‑focused
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
