Welder / Fabricator - Arlington, WA $25-$40/hr. 4-Day Workweek
1st Shift We are growing! Newell Corporation is currently hiring Welders to join our growing fabrication team in Arlington, WA. What You'll Do: As a Welder at Newell Corp, you will be responsible for material/weld preparations, weldment fit-up, dimensional inspections and finish welding of products such as aerospace tooling, lifting equipment, construction equipment and weld build-ups for machinery repair. Welder Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, and/or other welding processes as required Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What You Bring: Previous experience with MIG and TIG welding in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to pass a hands-on weld test to demonstrate welding ability 1st Shift Schedule:
5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday
