Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, ensuring customers are served when needed.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and current with evolving technology and company offerings.
Leverage prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience; those without experience will receive training, tools and coaching.
Compensation Typical hourly pay ranges from $16.57 to $20.45, plus commission. Full‑time employees may receive $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met, and top sellers can earn $62,460 per year.
