Job Description
As a Security Officer Armed Driver Patrol Unit in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, where you will conduct visible patrols, respond to security-related concerns, and support a professional environment for employees and visitors. This driving post offers the opportunity to combine strong communication, sound judgment, and customer service while representing a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:

- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or law enforcement when needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or high-value locations, verifying access credentials and reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns.
- Support cash handling and other sensitive operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required reports related to daily activities and/or incidents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
