Account Executive

Our client is a London HQ'd AI scale-up expanding their US presence. They build AI-powered Digital Workers that automate high-stakes enterprise workflows across multiple industries including life sciences, financial services, and supply chain. Strong logos include Coca-Cola, Heineken, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Mitsubishi and more.

Their Series B is closing shortly. They're hiring 3-5 enterprise closers to drive revenue growth.

The Opportunity

Individual contributor role focused on closing $200K-$300K+ enterprise deals across multiple verticals. A top performer has a fast-track to leading a vertical or the entire GTM function as CRO.

What You'll Do

  • Build your own pipeline - yes, there are warm leads from advisors, conferences, and inbound, but you're expected to hunt. Cold outreach, network activation, creative prospecting. You don't wait for marketing to feed you.
  • Close $200K-$300K+ enterprise deals selling AI-powered Digital Workers that automate commercial operations - replacing work traditionally done by management consultancies at a fraction of the cost and time.
  • Run complex sales cycles (6-9 months) with multiple stakeholders across commercial, IT, and procurement. You own the deal from first meeting to close.
  • Partner with value engineering on business cases and ROI models for C-suite buyers.
  • Represent the company at industry events. Contribute to the sales playbook as the company scales.

Must-Have Criteria

  • Native AI startup experience - you've sold AI, ML, or intelligent automation solutions at a Seed - Series A/B company, not a legacy vendor bolting AI onto existing products.
  • Proven track record: $1M+ quota, hit consistently for 2-3 years.
  • MEDDPICC trained. Hunter mentality - you self-source pipeline, not just work what's handed to you.
  • Experience selling complex, consultative solutions into enterprise buyers ($200K+ ACV).
  • Executive presence and credibility with C-suite.

Ideal Background

Enterprise AE at AI-native startups (Seed-Series A/B) selling into enterprise organisations. Examples: AI/ML platforms, intelligent automation, decision intelligence, predictive analytics vendors.

What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

Closed significant enterprise revenue. Built relationships with senior buyers across your vertical. Established yourself as a top performer with a clear path to leadership.

Compensation

$150,000-$200,000 base salary. 50/50 base to variable.

Location

Remote East Coast US. Team distributed across the US. East Coast office under consideration.
