FunctieVoor onze activiteiten op Brussels Airport (Zaventem) zoeken we een Facility Manager die mee wil bouwen aan een propere, aangename en veilige omgeving voor passagiers, bezoekers en medewerkers. Als Facility Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een deel van de operationele organisatie en de schoonmaakdienstverlening op de luchthaven. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol verloopt – elke dag opnieuw.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verantwoordelijk voor het contact met collega’s en stakeholders van Brussels Airport rond de uitvoering van de schoonmaakdienstverlening
- Aansturing en coaching van het team op de werkvloer om een vlotte en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening te garanderen
- Toezicht op het correcte gebruik van materialen en middelen, met aandacht voor veiligheid en efficiëntie
- Planning, opvolging en controle van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, met oog voor kwaliteit en deadlines
- Flexibel samenwerken met collega’s om continuïteit te verzekeren in een omgeving die 24/7 in beweging is
Jouw profiel
- Een echte teamspeler met het vermogen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en richting te geven
- Sterk in organisatie en planning, met de veerkracht om snel bij te sturen wanneer omstandigheden veranderen
- Blijft kalm en doelgericht onder druk, ook in onverwachte of drukke situaties
- Mensgericht en empathisch, met aandacht voor welzijn en motivatie van het team
- Communicatief vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Frans
- Beschikt over natuurlijk leiderschap en de drive om samen met anderen resultaten te behalen
- Flexibel inzetbaar in ochtend-, dag- en avondshifts inclusief weekendrotatie
