Tasks
Provide technical and architectural guidance for AI-related software development across digital teams
Enable teams to leverage AI-supported software development practices
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve architecture guidelines, coding standards, patterns, and best practices
Promote improved ways of working across teams through training and hands‑on support
Conduct design workshops as well as architecture and code reviews for critical and strategic AI and data analytics projects
Monitor and evaluate relevant trends (cloud, DevOps, AI in software engineering) and guide their translation into software implementations and guidelines
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, with 8+ years of relevant professional experience
Extensive hands‑on experience in software architecture, combined with a lead developer or senior software engineer role
Strong command of modern AI‑based software engineering methods and architectural approaches, including test automation and secure software development
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud‑based architectures with AI and data‑driven context
Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills, with excellent communication skills in German (at least C1) and English
