The business is actively involved in accelerating the energy transition through the delivery of utility-scale solar and energy projects across Europe, working closely with experienced local partners and technical teams.
You will be joining a project-driven environment where quality delivery, safety, and efficiency are central to how work is executed on site.
This is a hands-on construction environment with strong exposure to renewable energy project delivery from start to commissioning.
About Your New Job As Construction Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a 1214MW solar project in Cork from mobilisation through to completion and commissioning.
In this role you will: Oversee all site operations from initial setup through to project handover Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities to ensure smooth project delivery Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards and enforce site procedures at all times Monitor progress against programme and report updates to senior project stakeholders Manage site resources including labour, plant, and materials to ensure efficiency and cost control Lead site meetings and act as the key point of contact for on-site coordination and issue resolution This is a key leadership role on site, requiring strong ownership, decision-making, and the ability to drive progress while maintaining quality and safety standards. xyswxtq
