Business Analyst III / Sr Test Analyst Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in office one to two days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility for productive work-life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a reasonable commuting distance from an office.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM (EST)
Responsibilities
Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
Serves as a resource to users of the software to address questions and issues.
Provides direction and guidance to team members and acts as a subject‑matter expert.
Develops detailed test cases based on requirements and use cases, and identifies test data needs.
Performs test execution, reports defects, and reviews results with business to secure sign‑off.
Conducts defect triage meetings, retests and closes defects, and reports test execution metrics to the assigned test lead or project manager on a daily or weekly basis.
Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
Minimum 5 years of testing experience in the U.S. healthcare domain (Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare) supporting pharmacy, including claims processing, enrollment, and benefit administration.
Understanding of pharmacy claims and the ability to proficiently test end‑to‑end processes.
Experience performing end‑to‑end testing of programs.
Experience testing pharmacy prescription drug claims.
Experience with test automation tools.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Location(s): Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Columbus, OH.
Salary range: $73,600 to $132,480. In addition to your salary, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and a 401(k) contribution.
