Responsibilities Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics Assist customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team Maintain a strong understanding of company products or services as well as the business position and competition to keep business competitive Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum of 4 years of experience in the protein and dry goods distribution/merchandising business Working experience with sales techniques Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Proven ability to plan and manage resources Ability to travel: 10–30% Benefits you will enjoy Comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug Plan, Disability Plan, Life insurance Plan 401K savings plan Paid holidays Personal time off Employee discounts Quirch Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
