Job Details Job Type: RegularLocation: Best Buy 1540 - Tuscaloosa, AL 35404Pay: $16.50 per hourSchedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Overview Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate! HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores. Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report sales and competitive insights. Benefits Stable, weekly schedule. Next day pay on demand with DailyPay. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Experience with product demonstration and sales process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus; Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
