Who You Are: Proven success record in inside sales (corporate housing, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred). A high-energy, self-motivated approach with a drive to succeed. Exceptional communication, sales, and presentation skills. Ability to market and sell inventory to maximize occupancy. Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve. Ability to respond to leads within 2 hours for the best chance of success. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
