Met een uniek machinepark én vakmanschap produceert Hassal complexe producten in zand en metaal. Van ontwerp tot en met nabewerking. De introductie van 3D-zandprinten markeert een nieuwe groeifase in grotere, technisch veeleisende stukken die elders moeilijk of onmogelijk maakbaar zijn. Hassal is daarmee de referentiepartner voor klanten met specifieke technische eisen en projecten waar complexiteit en maatwerk centraal staan
Functieomschrijving Hassal staat voor een commercieel keerpunt. De technologie en de productiecapaciteit zijn er. Wat ontbreekt, is een sterke commerciële motor die de juiste projecten aantrekt, de doelmarkten actief bewerkt en de commerciële werking structureel verankert in de organisatie.
Als Business Development ben jij die motor. Jij denkt niet in volumes of kortingen, maar in oplossingen. Jij weet welk werk Hassal wél doet, maar ook welk werk niet past. Je bouwt een commercieel plan op, rolt het uit en zorgt dat het leeft binnen de organisatie. Van eerste contact tot opstart van het project: jij houdt de regie.
Je werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering en management. Jouw takenpakket
- Je stelt een commercieel plan op voor de drie strategische doelmarkten en rolt dit actief uit.
- Je benadert proactief bedrijven en voert diepgaande gesprekken over hun concrete technische noden.
- Je vertaalt opportuniteiten naar haalbare projecten en volgt offertes op tot de opstart.
- Je detecteert toepassingen voor 3D-zandprinten en aluminium gietwerk in nieuwe en bestaande markten.
- Je registreert klantenprojecten en vertaalt die naar krachtige commerciële cases en tools.
- Je stemt intern levertijden en afspraken af met productie en bewaakt ze richting klant.
- Je richt het commerciële luik in het ERP-systeem in en maakt er actief gebruik van voor opvolging.
- Je ontwikkelt mee de commerciële structuur van Hassal en verankert deze in de organisatie.
- Ervaring met het opzetten van commerciële processen in een productieomgeving
- Technische affiniteit met metaalbewerking, gieten of industriële productieprocessen
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, intern en extern
- Een oplossingsgerichte mindset: jij denkt in mogelijkheden, niet enkel in deals
- Ervaring met technisch complexe projecten en B2B-trajecten
- Tweetaligheid (NL/FR)
- Bekendheid met industriële markten zoals KMO's, machinebouw of infrastructuur
- Ervaring met co-engineering of projectmatige verkoop
- Een sleutelrol in een groeibedrijf dat volop zijn commerciële ambities waarmaakt
