How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Prepare patients and configure technical parameters to ensure accurate cross-sectional body imaging.
  • Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols and guidelines throughout all procedures.
  • Handle patient scheduling, pre-screening, data entry, and the timely submission of high-quality images to PACS.
  • Monitor equipment functionality, report technical malfunctions, and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted for Radiologic Technologist issued by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
    • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted for Radiologic Technologist issued by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
    • Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
