Overview The Razorfish team is seeking an SEO Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
Oversees and leads development and execution of content and technical SEO strategies; may include developing and performing detailed site audits to identify issues and ensure site is properly optimized for search engine visibility.
Edits documentation delivered internally or externally by the SEO department and maintains internal technical/content resources such as checklists and style guides, and/or crafts keyword lists & reports.
Serves as client point‑of‑contact for day‑to‑day SEO programs.
Understands clients’ overarching marketing objectives and how digital fits/complements their goals.
Presents strategy/technical/content findings to clients; prepares routine and ad‑hoc reports for clients and internal teams.
Measures results and creates actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
Identifies opportunities and relevant industry insights.
Collaborates with team leaders to produce ongoing thought capital.
Monitors quality, accuracy and timeliness of team communications and deliverables.
Qualifications
3‑5+ years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on technical SEO.
Familiarity with large‑scale websites (+20M pages) and ability to diagnose issues related to traffic/indexation.
Ability to prioritize recommendations into projects and roadmaps.
Demonstrated proficiency presenting SEO strategies to mid‑ and senior‑level clients confidently.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Semrush, Conductor, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, Botify, Google Search Console, etc.
Developed ability to field questions and offer advice regarding developing SEO content and content strategies.
Shows ability to work independently with minimal supervision; possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Employment and Compensation Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 – $107,835.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
