Position Overview We are looking for a high-performing recent graduate who wants to learn how a business actually runs. This is not a typical entry-level role. You will work directly on real projects across ecommerce, operations, and growth. The expectation is that you contribute early, take on responsibility, and grow into someone who can lead a division within two years.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive starting salary Profit sharing: 20% of company profits distributed upon achieving yearly goals Company-paid MBA program Ongoing development (books, courses, internal learning)

Eligibility Criteria GPA: Minimum of 3.6 Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

Requirements Minimum 3.6 GPA and bachelor’s degree Willing to commit to 50+ hour work weeks
