Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. Founded in 2012, we have experienced consistent growth adding senior living communities to our family each year. We continue to grow and are looking for top talent to join our team and continue the journey with us.

Our newly built community, The Gallery at Spokane, opened in January of 2024. Our management team is beyond excited to offer our residents the best experience in their golden years, as well as providing our employees with the experience to truly love what they do and who they do it for.  What we offer

  • Competitive pay $22.00 - $24.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
  • Passing meds per requirement in care plan.

Qualifications

  • Must have a current HCA or NAC certification and maintain CEUs as required by the state.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Possesses a can-do attitude and exemplifies a willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers.
  • Must have a current certification in Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
  • Has a great love and compassion for working with senior population
