Job Details Job Location: Kraft Group - Foxborough, MA 02035 Position Type: Internship Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Job Category: General and Administration Summary The Kraft Group is seeking an Information Technology Intern in the area of: Helpdesk Support, System Administration, Security, NOC Administration and Network Engineering. The successful candidate will be working towards an advanced degree in a relevant IT discipline. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support Organize and maintain IT resources Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management Special projects and assignments as business dictates SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major Familiar with Java, .NET, JavaScript or HTML/DHTML and Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in teams Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work nights and weekends as business dictates PHYSICAL DEMANDS Sitting for extended periods of time Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment The employee frequently is required to talk or hear The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Fast paced office environment OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
